|Agency Aims||FASA is a professional organisation providing services for those directly or indirectly affected by substance misues or suicide / self-harm. FASA provide a range of services to include: targeted education, intervention, treatment, training and crisis response. More recently developed a family matters team, to work with families directly affected by the above issues.|

|Criteria for Practice||+ The agency has published a description of the agency, the services offered and the address, telephone number and email address.
+ The services offered are fully discussed with the child who will have the right to choose whether he or she wishes help and the kind of support to be offered.
+ The agency and workers are committed to safeguarding the safety of children with whom they work.
+ There is adherence to the agency's child protection policy and guidelines.
