Agency Aims	Extern is a charity working with partners, providing high qualiity innovative and community based services for people who have complex needs. Pathways provides an educational service to young people who are at risk of exclusion from mainstream education, the project aims to provide alternative, balanced and broad based education and training programmes for 15 - 16 year olds from schools in the north Belfast area.
