| Agency Aims | Choices for Children offers a menu of family support services for disabled children and their families. Homelinks provides a family and community based short breaks service for disabled children and young people. Forward Steps is a pre-school intervention service for children diagnosed with ASD and their families. The service facilitates a programme of parent training, alongside work with the children. The service offers parental support, advice and guidance on an individual and group basis. Play 4 All is an inclusive play and leisure project for disabled children and their siblings. The project aims to promote and create play, art, sport and leisure opportunities for disabled children, through the medium of Saturday clubs. The service aims to provide a short break for disabled children and their families. | |
