Tender documents should be returned to the undersigned at board headquarters on or before 12 Noon on Monday 8 September 2008. Tenders must be returned in the special envelope provided or in a plain envelope marked "Tender for ........................." as any tender returned in an envelope bearing a means of identification will not be considered.
