This is a foundation module aimed at shifting the mindset from ‘win-lose’ to ‘win-win’.
The paper provide some tasks to help orientate participants prior to a 1-11/2 hour face-to-face session which is summarised on a power point presentation .
The latter part of the papers offers an opportunity to extend self-development as follow up.
As with all modules in this series this one should be seen
as part of a process of development and not just an event.
